Strategic Growth with a Creative Heart
I am an organizational psychology and talent development practitioner dedicated to helping people and organizations grow with intention. I combine organizational psychology with a creative, human-centered approach to help leaders solve people challenges and communicate more effectively.
Breaking Silos through Collaboration
My background in theater arts is a powerful tool—the "magic" I bring to working with diverse groups. At its core, theater is a collaborative art form that requires every player to be in sync. I leverage that spirit to help leaders and organizations break down perceived blocks and build genuine connection. By moving past the professional "script," I help teams find a shared commonality that fosters transparency, psychological safety, and collective momentum.
Empowering the Entire Ensemble
My core belief is that everyone is important. Everyone has a talent to offer that is specific to them. Something that sets them apart.
Success isn't just about the person at the front of the room; it’s about the unique power within every member of the team. I help leaders and teams find their authentic voice, creating an environment where every individual feels seen, supported, and empowered to contribute their talent.
When a leader can unlock the talents of others and keep them motivated, amazing things can happen. That’s when employee engagement is truly achieved.
Presence Over Performance
It always comes back to presence over performance. Strip away the persona, and what’s left is simple: authenticity. I like using creative tools to help people cut through the noise and find their unique style. A space where people can drop their guard, challenge their perception of limitations, and create a lasting internal transformation.

The Holleyman Legacy
The Holleyman name is built on a foundation of resilience and intellectual defiance. For generations, my family—a lineage of educators, thinkers, and innovators—has upheld the conviction that education is both a fundamental right and a powerful catalyst for progress.
I founded Holleyman to honor this heritage of transformation. Through coaching and consulting, I empower leaders in small business, academic, and nonprofit sectors to drive positive change. My work is rooted in the same enduring values my ancestors lived by: courage, knowledge, curiosity, and the belief that empowered people create lasting impact.
"They can try and take everything, but they can never take away your knowledge. That lasts a lifetime." — “Auntie”Margaret Thornburgh (1918–2002)
